General Household Pest Control (GHP) This is a treatment that takes care of most household pests such as ants,roaches and spiders as well as other pests. Not all types of ants (exotics) are covered with this treatment. Your technician schedules your appointments every two months starting with an initial clean-out, doing the interior, exterior and perimeter of your home. Once control is established we treat the exterior and perimeter where pests problems usually begin.
Carpenter Ant Treatment Just as the name implies, this service is to take care of the large carpenter ants. Sometimes these ants only have one nest, sometimes there are several satellite nests which can be time consuming to find. The price varies depending on the time spent, pricing has ranged anywhere from $50.00 to $300.00.
White Footed Ants This is a relatively new ant for our area. It usually requires 2-3 treatments timed over a two month period. The structure is treated as well as other harborage areas such as trees and shrubs. Prices vary for this service depending on the area to be treated.
Fleas and Ticks Due to the life cycle of these pests, we have found that at least two treatments are required. We thoroughly treat the interior of your home with the treatments spaced apart 10-14 days. For new customers we charge $140.00. We highly recommend that you treat your pets(cat or dogs) if you have them and have your lawn treated as well.
Rodents Two to three traps with one return trip is $45.00. If you have an extensive problem we will be happy to give you an estimate.
Costs Generally, our bi-monthly (every two months) general household pest control prices averages $42.00 - $50.00 after an initial clean out. Of course, the cost depends on the area being treated.
