Termites

The reality of owning a home in Florida is that you have to share your property with Subterranean Termites. That's true of me (the pest control operator), your neighbor and everyone else. As long as they are out eating the debris in the yard, that's o.k., "but they better stay away from my house!". That's our goal for each of our customers. We use non-repellant termiticides that kill termites if they get too close to your house. Our termite treatment involves a protective barrier completely around your home's foundation. We pay close attention to critical areas of your home that is particularly vulnerable to termite invasion. This would include drains and plumbing pipes that penetrate the foundation slab. Termites only need a 1/32" to gain access into these areas.

An Ant versus A swarming TermiteYou may realize you have termites in your home when you see swarming termites. The primary swarming season for termites in our area is February through June. You may see lots of winged bugs on windowsills, door thresholds and in bathtub/shower areas.

Please call or contact us if you suspect you have termites. We will gladly come to your home and let you know if it is termites and give you an exact cost for treating them.

Our warranty includes re-treatment at no charge as well as repair of damage up to $250,000.00. Once you have your home treated for termites you will have a termite contract with us and can renew that up to five years from initial treatment for a fee that averages around $120.00 per year. Along with the termite contract, we come out every year to do a termite inspection to make sure that the termites that reside in your neighborhood is not eating your house.
